Do Levels of Health Radiate Your Skin?

Throughout our lives, we strive to live as healthy as we possibly can. We work towards healthier diets and frequently exercising in order to better our physical health. At times, we still eat some of the foods that we do enjoy consuming, we may lack of certain necessary vitamins and minerals, have excessive sun exposure and other occasional sedentary behaviors in which we indulge can sneak in and, inevitably, negatively influence our bodies internally and externally. Even the lack of a proper daily intake of water can show up on our bodies  – diluting the effects of exercise and healthy eating. Our skin suffers most in this regard.
